Currently, we have an opening for a Production Administrator to join our innovative team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and driven individual with a desire to learn and grow with the company.
Primary Duties- Order and maintain all needed office supplies for the facility.
- Purchase needed production supplies needed for operations departments.
- Utilize blueprint reading skills to create job folders.
- Work with New Product Development and secure items needed for samples and pilot runs.
- Work with accounts payable and properly code purchased items.
- Reconcile production office credit cards each month.
- Assist with booking travel for production staff as needed.
- Support production staff and carry out assigned responsibilities and other duties as needed.
Qualified candidates must be highly detail oriented, possess strong computer skills, have great communication skills, the ability to remain confidential, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Education / ExperienceGeneral computer knowledge and Microsoft office skills are a must. Previous related experience is preferred. Blueprint reading skills are preferred, but not required if you have the ability to learn.
