Job Title: Subcontracts Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontracts Administrator to join our team at Tyonek Native Corporation. As a Subcontracts Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the lifecycle of company subcontracts, including sourcing materials, equipment, and services that support organizational efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, administer, and manage complex subcontracts, high-value procurements, and complex service subcontracts within price, schedule, and performance standards.
  • Provide direct subcontract support, review of contractual documents to ensure protection of company's contractual/risk posture, satisfaction of contractual requirements, and adherence to company policies.
  • Anticipate, plan, and implement actions necessary to ensure product quality, cost/budgets, schedules, technical, and contractual performance by subcontractor.
  • Track and administer subcontractor modifications.
  • Process subcontractor invoices and track payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other related degree preferred.
  • Two (2) plus years of experience in a manufacturing or Department of Defense (DOD) industry preferred.
  • Deltek Costpoint experience preferred, or experience having worked with other ERP systems.
  • Advanced working knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, ITAR, UCC, and INCO terms with a broad familiarity with Government contracting principles and other Government regulations.
  • Understanding of various subcontracting types and terminology, measures, concepts, principles, and strategies.
