The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overall business stability and the performance of his/her team members to ensure attainment of total regional sales goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Follow all safety rules and regulations and ensures all personnel abide by safety guidelines, including housekeeping. Manager will use the safety observation program to maintain and monitor safety process engagement of individuals. Incident reporting will be done in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Provide the necessary support, guidance and leadership to ensure regional success enabling sales team members to meet and/or exceed their territory sales goals.
- Monitor and scrutinize CRM data to ensure accuracy, steady growth throughout the region.
- Serve as the direct reviewer of commercial offerings necessary to win opportunities.
- As part of regular sales reviews with territory managers, discuss active opportunities, overall pipeline, strategy and next steps towards closing opportunities.
- Assist in the identification of revenue targets and development of strategic plans for target accounts.
- Achieve assigned regional revenue forecast.
- Preform site visits at customer locations to gather critical information with territory manager to complete necessary documents that will be sent to MPW operations.
- Demonstrates problem-solving attitude to the customer and determine need satisfaction.
- Be cognizant of potential business opportunities for MPW to pursue as a company that are consistent to growth and performance objectives.
- Responsible for revenue forecasting throughout the year for his/her region.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide feedback and support to MPW operations so quality of service remains high for all MPW customers.
- Recognize and communicate new markets, products, and services that MPW could offer to our customers.
- Travel to customer sites as needed.

- Developing Organizational Talent: Developing direct reports’ skills and competencies by planning effective development activities related to current and future department needs.
- Customer Service Orientation - Proactively developing customer relationships by making efforts to listen and understand the customer (both internal and external); anticipating and providing solutions to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
- Field and Equipment knowledge in industrial water industry preferred.
- 2-5 years’ experience in industrial or environmental services preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
