About DealerFLEX: DealerFLEX is a premier provider of hospitality and transportation services tailored specifically for car dealerships. Position Summary: DealerFLEX is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, some sales experience, and organizational skills. This role requires frequent local travel to engage with potential clients and schedule appointments with our in house sales team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients within the automotive dealership sector. Present and sell DealerFLEX’s hospitality and transportation services to car dealerships. Develop client relationships to assist internal sales teams in generating new business. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Coordinate meetings with potential clients and the internal sales team. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote DealerFLEX services. Qualifications: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Compensation : $26,000/year ($500/week) Bonus pay for any meetings set with clients and sales team. Bonus pay on any sales made from meetings set with sales team.
