Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Volkswagen Salesperson. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, understanding their needs, and recommending the right Volkswagen vehicles to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences, budget, and requirements.
Showcase Volkswagen vehicles and highlight their features, benefits, and value proposition.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and available incentives.
Assist customers with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle purchases.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options is an asset.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
