Job Summary:
Keffer Kia in Mooresville, North Carolina is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented BDC representative to join our team.
This full-time position offers a competitive base pay plus commission, allowing individuals to earn up to $30,000 per year in the fast-paced and exciting auto industry.
The BDC representative will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and driving sales for our dealership.
This is an individual contributor role, providing an opportunity for personal growth and career advancement.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Respond to and follow up on all customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Generate leads through various sources and maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database
- Schedule appointments and consultations with potential customers
- Understand and promote the features and benefits of our products and services
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
- Utilize company technology and software to efficiently manage and track leads and sales
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the auto industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using technology and computer systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug test
