About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving inquiries, providing product or service information, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, billing, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to higher management if needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Record customer interactions in the company's CRM system and ensure all information is updated accurately.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
  • Handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong listening skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
