Job Summary

Oversee all enterprise housing properties and all housing rentals in Sioux Falls.

Work directly with a local property management company to advertise and fill vacancies, negotiate and enforce leases, and maintain and secure premises. Responsible for compiling coordinating and managing leases throughout the enterprise, and coordinating renewals with finance at both the local and corporate level to better plan lease renewals and negotiations.

Coordinate lease compensation, and ensure that leases comply with market value by comparing them to similar markets. Track all pertinent market data related to lease rates, and work with facilities, operations and legal on any compliance requirements.

Keep and maintain an accurate list of lease information, to include lease start and end dates, and inform key stakeholders of upcoming renewals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Previous property management and human services experience preferred. Business background desirable.
