Key Responsibilities: As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding potential residents through our community and supporting overall property operations. Your specific duties will include:

  • Leasing and pre-leasing units
  • Conducting property tours in various weather conditions
  • Assisting current residents with lease inquiries, maintenance requests, and general questions
  • Ensuring model apartments are prepared for daily showings
  • Maintaining a tidy office and clubhouse environment
  • Supporting resident retention efforts, including organizing community events and lease renewals
  • Managing communications through emails and phone calls while keeping detailed records

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of leasing experience preferred
  • Experience in affordable housing is a plus
  • Outstanding customer service skills, tech-savvy, and self-motivated
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Willingness to float between different properties as needed

Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with specific days assigned to each property.
