Key Responsibilities As a Leasing Consultant, you will conduct property tours for potential residents and support overall property operations. Your specific duties will include:

  • Leasing and pre-leasing residential units
  • Conducting property tours in various weather conditions
  • Assisting current residents with lease inquiries, maintenance requests, and general questions
  • Ensuring model apartments are ready for daily showings
  • Maintaining a tidy office and clubhouse environment
  • Supporting resident retention efforts, including organizing community events and lease renewals
  • Managing emails, phone communications, and maintaining detailed records

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of leasing experience preferred
  • Experience in affordable housing is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills, technological proficiency, and self-motivation
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous
  • Willingness to float between properties as needed

Work Schedule The work schedule will be structured to accommodate both properties, ensuring coverage during operational hours.
