About the role

We have a great opportunity for someone to join us an Operations Support Assistant who will work as part of a team to provide a support function to the teams within Wastewater Networks. You’ll be working with internal and external stakeholders enabling the successful movement of data and information through various processes. You’ll be providing support to technical support advisors, analysts, project managers, operations controllers, and managers, as well as providing cover for other operations support assistants within the team.

We’re looking for you to provide support to the co-ordination of essential information to meet our departmental and business objectives. You will distribute information and perform data and process validation to increase our ability, as a business, to be industry leading.

About you

We’re looking for the successful candidates to have proven experience of working in an administrative role, producing reports & working with data, speaking with customers, along with working to tight deadlines.

You’ll have proven excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss issues with a confident communication manner on telephone and face to face, along with the proven ability to build strong positive relationships with stakeholders. 

We’re looking for you to have proven and excellent knowledge/use of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with the ability to use and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports in Word and the proven ability to create clear business letters and reports. It would also be highly beneficial if you have knowledge of systems such as CC&B & Maximo, as well as a basic understanding of CMeX.

You’ll need to travel between sites, so preferably you’ll also have a full and valid driving license, or the ability to travel between sites via other means.
