**Position Title**: Administrative Assistant
**Location**: Picatinny Arsenal (On Site)
**Start Date**: Immediate and future opportunities exist.
**Salary**: 45-50K (Max)

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
Excellent Interpersonal, Writing and Editing skills
Minimum 2 years of experience providing administrative support
Must have experience with MS Office Suite with Expert Level experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Familiarity with ATAPS, MeSpace a major plus

**Daily project and administrative tasks**:
Managing ATAAPS
MeSpace (submitting SF-182s for employees training)
Utilize MSTeams and Sharepoint if necessary to accomplish tasks
Responsible for tracking Suspenses/Taskers
Manage accountability of employees
Supporting Lab Manager/Division Admin with tracking equipment for Hand Receipt monthly inventory
Tracking Office Supplies
Submitting Visitor Pass when needed
Entering Help Tickets when needed
