Director of Sales

What you will be doing:
- Lead the end-to-end sales, daily management, and seamless operation of the omni-channel heated products in the United States.
- Formulate comprehensive product sales plans in collaboration with the Omni Channel President, merchandising, and design departments.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis, gather competitor insights, and provide strategic product development recommendations.
- Oversee the daily management of heated products, ensuring the achievement of performance goals at retailers like Walmart, Kohls, Target, and Macy's.
- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding pricing rules, channel regulations, and profit accounting specific to each account.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong familiarity with heated home textile products and sales.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in planning and developing sales for platforms such as Walmart, Target, Kohls, and Macy's demonstrating a clear understanding of the entire process and rules governing these accounts.
- Proven success and experience in the operation of heated blankets and throws, showcasing exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills to generate substantial placements at key retailers.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities, ensuring effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
