We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist with two years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in accounting software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of annual audits.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, reducing outstanding receivables.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliations.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Minimum of two years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
