Administrative Assistant Payroll/AP/AR/HR

Pay Rate : $19.07 to $20.07 depending on education

Administrative Assistant – HR/Payroll/AP/AR/

This Payroll/AP/AR/HR is  largely an administrative position responsible for recruiting, hiring new staff,  maintainingstaff files using ADP, run background checks, checking references, andcomplete other office work. The Payroll/AP/AR/HR is also expected to becompetent in basic office and administrative skills with superborganizational and time management skills. Applicant must be reliableand should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitaskand adjust in a fast-paced environment. Applicant will work in closecollaboration with other team members and have strong communicationskills.  We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellentcommunication skills and an upbeat attitude to fill our AdministrativeAssistant Payroll/AP/AR/HR position. Candidates should be able to ensureaccurate and timely processing of payroll and other duties relating toaccounts payable, accounts receivable, and fiscal operations and basicaccounting. To be successful in this position, candidates should beprofessional, polite, and attentive to detail while also possessing asound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to learnother fiscal management software. As a minimum requirement, theapplicant must have a high school diploma or GED with two years ofdirect experience working with purchasing, accounts payable, accountsreceivable and payroll.   Experience with ADP is a plus.   Applicantmust possess a basic understanding of accounting systems and have atleast one year of direct experience working with an accounting systemgeneral ledger and budget. An associate degree or higher in a relatedfield is preferred.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
