Job Description:
The Recruiter will report to Human Resources and is responsible for full cycle recruitment of Drivers and assorted other positions for the location. Full-cycle recruitment includes identifying, connecting, and evaluating candidates against open requisitions while also helping to drive strategic initiatives and planning the implementation of recruiting campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions at once including posting job requisitions, sourcing passive candidates, interviewing and screening potential candidates to ensure they meet employment and position qualifications, follow them through to hiring stage.
Assure hiring is consistent with business goals, provide regular updates throughout the process, and ensure all roles are being filled in a timely manner.
Record and communicate recruiting updates and metrics.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System to ensure all information is regularly updated, organized, and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Partner with Marketing team to engage social media and online job boards to strategically market positions and enhance National Expresss online presence.
Provide stellar candidate experience and customer service while representing National Express's brand with integrity and professionalism.
This position will also provide support to the location on general HR duties to include but not limited to FMLA assistance, WC paperwork, Personnel Action Forms, Open Enrollment, maintain employee files, and ensure compliance.

Skills Required and Physical Demands:
Passion for recruitment and human resources with exceptional interpersonal skills
The ability to stay highly organized and multi-task while maintaining great attention to detail.
Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
Working knowledge of relevant federal and state employment and hiring laws and regulations a plus
A can-do, team outlook while maintaining a friendly, productive relationship with applicants, hiring managers and all levels of management.

Education and Qualifications:
3 years Recruiting and HR administration experience preferred
