We are also designing a great place to work. We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO. The HR Coordinator will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and work very closely with the HR Teams in Denver, CO and Northwood, IA, along with members of TruStile management team. 

Highlights of your role

· Serves as a trusted resource in addressing basic employee questions and requests regarding company policies, procedures, technology platforms, and programs.

Ensures that employee files and records are electronically maintained in accordance with local policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.  Assist with weekly, monthly, and annual projects such as new hire orientation, benefits open enrollment, culture and engagement activities, wellness events, and performance reviews. Helps maintain HRIS and utilizes HRIS to generate and distribute HR reports. Coordinates, supports, and promotes company and plant initiatives, events, and celebrations.  Maintains compliance with required labor law postings in designated areas. Creates and replaces employee identification badges as needed. Assists with responses to unemployment claims. Handles confidential information with discretion. Requirements  Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous customer service and/or administrative support experience  Effective organization skills Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week with regular attendance and timeliness Ability to work well in a team or alone

Pay Range: $24.50 to $28.50 per hour
