Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Are you ready to take on the challenge of running the daily operations of the HR department? As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll be responsible for various tasks including hiring and interviewing staff, handling payroll, benefits, HR Systems, and acting as a bridge between the department and other team members. Additionally, you'll play a key role in managing projects aimed at enhancing processes and procedures for the organization.

This full-time position is based in Denver, CO and requires onsite work. Reporting to Megan McDonnell, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the HR functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition management to onboarding activities. Provide guidance to managers during talent acquisition and workforce planning. Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates.
  • HRIS Management: Assist in payroll auditing, HRIS system management, data integrity initiatives, and reporting. Ensure all HR systems are accurate and reliable.
  • Performance Management: Administer performance review programs, coordinate training for managers, and ensure consistency within the organization.
  • New Employee Orientation: Facilitate orientation sessions, assist new hires with paperwork and benefits enrollment, and communicate employee benefits details.
  • HR Administration: Handle documentation processing for new hires, leaves, terminations, and other status changes. Maintain HR files, records, and ensure data integrity.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Education and Formal Training: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Bilingual in Spanish preferred, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with HR software applications.
  • Working environment and physical demands: General office work, sitting at a desk, occasional lifting, and use of personal protective equipment.
