Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Preferably 0-5+ years of Project Management experience, specifically in Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, Sunshades/Screens, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, and Skylight projects.
  • Unitized Curtainwall experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with the confidence and knowledge to make critical decisions.
  • Proficient in handling project management tasks from contract acquisition through close-out, including RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documentation.
  • Capability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings, and schedules to understand architectural intent.
  • Experience with project management software, spreadsheets, and estimating software is preferred.
  • Proven track record of finalizing projects under budget; adept at maintaining and managing accrued material, equipment, and labor costs.
  • Strong desire for professional growth and openness to relocation plans.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, architects, management, site personnel, etc.
