Financial Analyst

esponsibilities:

Including but not limited to:
•Support project management team in understanding financial data and project financial health on a monthly and/or weekly basis
•Support bi-annual budget/forecast process for project(s) by preparing income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow information
•Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information for project(s) to Corporate Finance which includes reporting actual data and look-ahead forecasts
•Work with various functions at the project site, including operations, cost control, and administration to ensure transactions are processed timely and accurately
•Review the account entries for subcontractor costs and payments
•Monitor project cash flow and authorize vendor payments
•Ensure systems and processes at the project level are in line with
•Company procedures
•Supervise, coach and review work products of others to ensure highest quality
•Ad hoc reporting for management
•Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
•Previous experience in accounting or financial reporting/analysis in construction or manufacturing companies is highly preferred
•Solid understanding of GAAP (IFRS would be a plus) and Financial Statements
•Large ERP experience is desired
•Must be extremely detail-oriented
•Organized individual with a proven ability to meet deadlines
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, expertise in Excel
