Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to maximize sales
  • Managing costs and minimizing waste
  • Operating the till and handling cash transactions
  • Monitoring and restocking inventory levels
  • Ensuring store security in accordance with company policies
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service, health and safety, and hygiene
  • Performing general cleaning duties
  • Updating administrative tasks as per existing procedures

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Essential product knowledge
  • A friendly and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude
  • A flexible approach to working hours
  • The ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or level 4 (or equivalent)
