Role Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in locating products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize sales.
  • Manage costs and minimize waste effectively.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the till.
  • Maintain stock levels through effective replenishment.
  • Ensure store security in accordance with company protocols.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, health and safety, and hygiene.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store appearance.
  • Keep administrative tasks updated as per existing procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • Essential product knowledge.
  • A friendly and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Enthusiasm, commitment, and self-motivation.

  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or level 4 (or equivalent).
