Bronco Printing Solutions is responsible for providing specialized and usual and customary printing, graphics, copying and installations for entire campus community. Students, staff and faculty have come to depend on Bronco Printing Solutions as a turn-key solution for meeting their printing and graphic needs, particular as it pertains to enhancing the overall campus experience. Description of Work Continued: *Primary Purpose of the Position: *

The position primary purpose is to receive all walk-in customers, field telephone calls, respond to email inquiries, maintain website and social media accounts and request for services via the University purchasing portal, Bronco E-Buy. Assist the department manager with tracking all invoices and orders for requests for goods and services to ensure timely payment. Work closely with Business and Auxiliary Services budget coordinator to ensure proper budgetary management and compliance. Work closely with central receiving department for proper purchase order and invoice distribution once jobs are completed. To assist the printing and graphics team in the fulfillment of orders, installations and deliveries as needed. To assist the department manager with the maintenance and upkeep of the unit website and online order requests, as well as maintain social media site. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Knowledge skills and abilities: Must have excellent customer service, communications and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of PC experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Adobe and other PC applications. Knowledge of Banner is a plus. Extensive knowledge of advanced computer systems and office equipment, including, but not limited to, telephone, facsimile, copier, and scanner. Must have database management skills and word processing abilities. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and oral skills. Must be able to employ an advanced ability to prioritize tasks, schedules and objectives. Must be strong, collaborative and energetic with the ability to communicate in a positive way to the many constituencies of the University. Must have experience in the area of commercial printing and graphics where large commercial printing and copying equipment is utilized. Must have the ability to work under tight deadlines and stressful environment. Position requires budgeting skills and ability to utilize an online accounting platform. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of web page editing and creation.
Knowledge of some large format printing helpful.
