Salesforce Developer

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team as a contractor. This individual will be an expert in Salesforce development and integration, with a strong emphasis on implementing custom workflows, modifying layouts, and leveraging Salesforce’s AI features (Einstein AI). The role will also involve integrating MuleSoft to ensure seamless connectivity across our platforms. This position is ideal for a developer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working on innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
- Custom Workflows & Layouts: Create and optimize custom workflows, layouts, and reports to enhance business processes.
- Einstein AI: Implement and integrate Salesforce Einstein AI features to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance user experience.
- MuleSoft Integration: Utilize MuleSoft to integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and best practices for Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality code and efficient performance.
- Documentation & Training: Document development processes, workflows, and solutions. Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong portfolio of custom Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II preferred.
- MuleSoft Knowledge: Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and its integration capabilities.
- Einstein AI: Demonstrated experience with implementing and managing Salesforce Einstein AI features.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
