Currently, Helio Health is looking to hire a Mental Health Clinician to work in a Full-Time capacity as a part of our Child & Adolescent Services . The Mental Health Counselor work with patients by providing a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, attention issues, problematic behaviors, trauma, substance use issues, issues with family and interpersonal functioning, and more.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Ful-Time Counselors/Therapists are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $8,000 depending on licensure
Pay: $27.22 - $31.87 per hour.
Responsibilities
Maintain a case load of patients with grades ranging from elementary through high school. Perform essential counseling responsibilities including screening, intake and orientation, evaluation and intervention, treatment planning, referrals, crisis intervention, counseling, patient education, case management, reporting and record keeping. Relate effectively with staff, patients, and professional community while upholding appropriate standards of confidentiality.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid professional License (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, RN, NP, Limited Permit (LP) Licenses are acceptable Master’s Degree required. Two years employment experience in the Human Services field preferred.Comprehensive Employee Benefits Package Includes:

Salary and hourly compensation ranges are provided in accordance with NYS law and are based on Helio Health's good faith belief of what is accurate at the time of posting. Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
