In the role of Personal Care Coordinator, you will encourage, support and implement a service plan for each resident to ensure the most appropriate care and satisfaction is obtained. You will also supervise, guide, and mentor the personal care associates to make sure life gets better for our residents.

Current Opportunity:

Full-time:

Evening shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm/3:00pm to 11:00pm. Pay starts at $17-$19/hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience. (Does not include shift differential of $3.00 more an hour between 3pm and 11pm).

Personal Care Coordinator Responsibilities: 

Maintains shift assignments, shower schedules, and room cleaning schedules as needed for all shift assignments updating point of care, printing and reviewing task reports. Upholds open and effective communication with the Program Managers and the PCA’s to provide consistent quality care for residents. Assists the Program Managers in performing ongoing assessments of existing residents to determine their changing need and provides input for the service plan.

Personal Care Coordinator Requirements:

Prior personal care or health care experiences as a PCA. Exhibited prior supervisory experience. High School Diploma or GED required Current valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
