Sodexo's Campus Segment  is seeking an experienced  Field Marketing Specialist 2  for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University located in Daytona Beach, FL. We are seeking a creative and organized Promotions and Event Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of marketing events to enhance the university’s brand and engage with our community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and a strong background in marketing. This is an on-site role with an as business event needs schedule.

The successful candidate will:

Event Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of university events, including conferences, open houses, alumni gatherings, and promotional events. Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and university departments to ensure successful event execution. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote events, utilizing various channels such as social media, email, and print. On-Site Event Management: Oversee all on-site event activities, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise. Budget Management: Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather insights for future improvements.

Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including faculty, staff, and external partners
