Job Summary

Assists the Chief Academic Officer by providing administrative support to Academic Services including all academic departments and faculty. Enters course schedules each semester, provides needed reports and assists with annual Perkins grant processing.

Job Duties:

- Works with Academic Services members to enter course schedules and prepares load reports to verify employee payroll.
- Provides general support to the Chief Academic Officer and Academic Service members and provides onboarding for adjunct faculty.
- Responds to issues and concerns that affect the individual department.
- Assists with high level, confidential materials related to the department.
- Assists with Perkins grant requests and budget review.
- Manages departmental budget and orders departmental supplies.
- Assists with maintaining faculty credential files and completes all related reporting obligations.
- Manages other administrative functions on behalf of the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Business, Communication, Computer Information Technology, or related field and 3-4 years of experience. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, Computer Information Technology, or related field and 3-4 years of experience.

Additional Skills Requested:

Problem Solving skills, familiarity with technology and microsoft office, communication skills, ability to multitask, etc.
