Essential Functions:

Oversees and directs employees. Exercises independent judgment in supervising and responsibly directing assigned personnel. Establishes and enforces departmental policies and workflow patterns to ensure efficient office operations. Assists in the department budget and monitors financial data. Provides technical assistance for insurance verification and claims. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
