Must have excellent customer service, a professional, friendly, and compassionate person to work in office and with patients. Looking for a quick learner, can work at a fast pace, handle multiple tasks with constant interruptions, checking in/out patients, adjust quickly to new things, strong computer and phone skills, must be dedicated and detailed, self motivated, and make patient care a priority. Excellent with computers and good typing skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and answering any inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and keep those appointments on time.
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
- Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation.
- Comforting distressed patients – this may range from simply fixing any appointment issues that may arise, through to being the voice of comfort during times of extreme stress and emergency.
- Maintaining information confidentiality at all times.
Schedule for Medford and Grants Pass:
Monday- Grants Pass office and start between 7:00-10:30am and off work between 4:30-7pm depending upon start time.
Tuesday- Medford office and start between 7:20-10:30am and off work between 4:30-7pm depending upon start time.
Wednesday- Grants Pass office and start between 7:00-10:30am and off work between 4:30-7pm depending upon start.
Thursday- Potential half day in Grants Pass or Medford starting 1-2pm then off 5pm-7 ish/ or full day off
Friday- Medford office and start is between 7:10-10:30am until 5-7pm.
Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.
