Requirements:
  • Current and valid license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Current BLS 
  • Satisfactory completion of residency training as approved by the residency review committee of the American Medical Association
  • Post-graduate education of the American Osteopathic Association or the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology & Psychiatry
