Enterprise Marketing Manager
San Antonio Area
Have you ever dreamed of being part of a story so rich and extraordinary that it compels you to share it with the world? Picture a narrative that stretches over 120 years, beginning with cattle uncovering God's unique creation—a discovery that set the foundation for who we are today. Our mission transcends the asphalt industry; we exist to bring glory to God by sharing His unique creation globally. By joining us, you'll steward this mission alongside us. Our vision is to see communities transformed by the Gospel, and success means empowering ministries to flourish. This is a story you'll not only want to tell but also live out every day.
We are seeking a passionate and visionary Marketing Manager to orchestrate and harmonize the marketing efforts of our two flagship brands: Road Rescue and RockAsphalt. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to craft and narrate a tale that resonates deeply with diverse audiences. You'll have the unique privilege of managing two brands, exploring how they interact and enhance each other in the marketplace, all while leading and nurturing our dedicated marketing team.
In this role, you'll be the architect of our brand identity, shaping how we present ourselves and our customers to the world. You'll dive into our well-established marketing technologies and strategies—not starting from scratch, but elevating them to new heights. For Road Rescue, you'll continuously refine our e-commerce platform, infusing it with customer-specific messaging and professional design that speaks directly to our audience's needs. Collaborating with our retail channel managers and representative agencies, you'll optimize our presence with retail distributors and third-party e-commerce platforms like HomeDepot.com. Your strategic vision will bring impactful in-store point-of-purchase materials to life, enhancing our brand's visibility and allure.
Simultaneously, you'll weave compelling narratives for RockAsphalt, crafting persona-specific messaging that resonates with government and contractor clients throughout their journey with us. Leveraging our robust technological and outbound marketing foundations, you'll orchestrate cohesive lead generation strategies that harmonize both brands without cannibalization, ensuring we reach the right individuals across all channels.
As the guardian of our story, you'll manage both internal staff and external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Your role will be pivotal in positioning us effectively in the market—not just through traditional marketing tactics, but by embedding our mission and values into every touchpoint. You'll ensure our messaging not only highlights our exceptional products but also reflects our commitment to impacting communities and glorifying God through our work.
If you're an inspired storyteller with a heart for our mission and a flair for strategic marketing, we invite you to join us. This is your chance to be part of something greater—to craft narratives that transcend the ordinary, to shape brands that make a real difference, and to witness the tangible impact of your work in transformed communities. Come be the voice that tells our incredible story to the world.

In this hands-on role, you’ll optimize campaigns, run A/B tests, improve website performance, and analyze data to enhance customer engagement. If you love taking ownership of marketing across channels and thrive on driving growth, this is the role for you
