We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our Road Rescue brand by expanding our retail distributor network and boosting online sales through our eCommerce platform. You’ll be responsible for managing marketing efforts across multiple channels—digital ads, email, social media, and content creation—while working closely with our sales team to align strategies and drive results. In this hands-on role, you’ll optimize campaigns, run A/B tests, improve website performance, and analyze data to enhance customer engagement. Requirements  

  • Extensive Marketing Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in marketing, with a strong background in both B2B and B2C environments, particularly within retail and distribution models.

  • Branding and Storytelling Expertise: Proven ability to craft and refine brand positioning and messaging, developing compelling narratives that resonate with customers and reflect our mission.

  • Lead Generation and Traffic Growth Success: Demonstrated track record of driving lead generation and increasing organic traffic through strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Content Creation Skills: Extensive experience in creating high-quality marketing content, including case studies, training materials, in-store point-of-purchase materials, and customer persona-specific messaging.

  • Proficiency with Marketing Tools: Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing tools.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that leverage synergies between multiple brands while maintaining their unique identities.
