Job Summary
The Marketing Technology and Operations Associate work to effectively implement, use and perfect the technology solutions that enable high velocity demand gen and effective marketing. This role requires technical understanding of the capabilities of each tool in place, as well as a deep understanding of what is possible with the tools. The strongest candidates will have Marketo (or Hubspot) certifications as well as a deep understanding of the best practices in Salesforce use.
What You’ll Do Here
Manage a variety of marketing technologies including the configuration, integration and ongoing maintenance Work daily in Marketo to improve the flow of leads including creating smart lists, email campaigns, landing pages Work with technology customer service and solutions consulting teams to configure and maintain of chosen solutions Create all assets required to ensure proper lead flow including smart lists, emails, landing pages, forms and any other technical requirements Work with marketing team to ensure high quality push of content to customers and prospective customers, including ensure quality checks before delivery Use tools like subject line testers to ensure high open rates of outbound emails Provide the services to the campaign team in their quest for delivery of assets that span webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, webpages, emails, paid ads, social ads, and more across both simple and premier campaigns Maintain other martech tools including but not limited to ABM tools like 6Sense or DemandBase, chat tools like Qualified, BDR tools like Outreach and so on Be an expert in GA4 ensuring the proper configuration Create UTMs and campaign definitions across tools for accurate reporting on tactics that workWhat You’ll Bring to Us
Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing technology stack such as email marketing platforms (Marketo required), CMS (Contentful preferred), CRM (Salesforce.com strongly preferred) . Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Project Management Abilities: You are ok managing multiple projects at once, from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met with focus on quality. Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira is a plus. Team Player Mentality: You can work collaboratively with diverse teams across multiple time zones. Attention to Detail: You meticulously review marketing emails, landing pages, forms and other campaign assets to ensure they are error-free and align with our brand standards.What We Offer
