Overview

As a Supervisor at Hen Quarter , you'll be a pivotal leader in maintaining the high standards of service, quality, and Southern hospitality that define our restaurant. In this role, you'll provide guidance to the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, guest interactions, and service quality. Assist in training and mentoring team members, ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with managers to monitor inventory levels, implement service standards, and optimize operational efficiency. Address guest feedback and concerns, striving to create positive resolutions and experiences.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting. Strong communication skills to effectively manage and guide a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to make informed decisions in fast-paced situations. Passion for providing exceptional guest service and a dedication to upholding the restaurant's values and reputation.
