The successful candidate will provide cutting-edge group fitness instruction through a variety of entertaining, educational, and fun classes that promote fitness and positive self-esteem in a safe environment. About Us: Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is a private, members-only Club offering an indoor pool, group fitness classes, a fitness center, personal training, and our very own Tranquility Spa that provides massage, facials, and waxing. Compensation:  $35-$50 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Deliver excellent workout experiences to our members in each class. Act as a fitness resource for class participants and maintain positive relationships with members to encourage continued class attendance. Adhere to class descriptions and modify intensity for participants when necessary. Ensure classes begin and end on time. Teach respective classes on a regular basis. Maintain current knowledge of basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, and exercise modifications & progressions, especially for older active adults. Continue professional development and education. Qualifications: Must possess a current fitness certification. Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification. Knowledge and/or training in working with active older adults. Friendly, vibrant, and outgoing personality. Specialty certifications such as Zumba Gold, Hip Hop, or Kick Boxing are a plus but not required.
