About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Flexologist to join our team at StretchLab in Redmond, Washington.

As a Flexologist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be building StretchLab membership and retaining current clientele through sales and outreach to leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
  • Develop a strong rapport with clients to encourage and motivate them throughout their stretch sessions.
  • Grow StretchLab membership by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as retaining current clientele through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate client records, update client notes consistently, and schedule recurring appointments to ensure seamless client care.
  • Evaluate and implement StretchLab policies and safety guidelines to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience for all clients.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and educational presentations to stay updated on best practices and company developments.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with Sales Associates and General Manager as needed to support studio tours and sales initiatives.
  • Promote client membership and retention through social media channels, showcasing the benefits of StretchLab's unique stretching services.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the studio, ensuring that equipment is always available and ready for use.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility within a boutique fitness environment.
  • Hold a certification in Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Pilates, or Yoga Instruction.
  • Proven experience working in a hands-on training setting, preferably within the fitness/health industry.
  • Possess a valid fitness certification.
  • Foster a welcoming environment that caters to diverse individuals, promoting inclusivity and empathy.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from various backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
  • Be willing to complete our comprehensive 3-day Flexologist Training Program, comprising online tutorials and in-person/hands-on instruction.

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour.
