Bach to Rock Redmond offers an opportunity for a part-time music instructor to provide lessons in voice, piano, guitar, bass, drums, and ukulele. We're a growing, agile, and highly rated music school with a fun environment that values flexibility and collaboration.

Responsibilities include teaching private lessons, creating engaging lesson atmospheres, assessing student readiness for bands or ensembles, and helping students prepare for performances. Group lessons and rock band/ensemble instruction are also optional.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess advanced technique on your primary instrument(s), have a good understanding of music theory, and be able to read music notation. Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work with a variety of personalities are also essential.

We offer a competitive hourly rate based on education, experience, expertise, and availability. Our benefits package includes flexible scheduling, tuition reimbursement, school-paid music lessons, and discounted rehearsal space.

This is a part-time position with weekend availability. We follow CDC guidelines and require a reliable commute or relocation to Redmond, WA 98052. Teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
