First Shift Production Specialist

iMPact Business Group is seeking a skilled First Shift Production Specialist for a long-term contract to hire opportunity. This role is part of an 18-month plus contract, offering the chance to make a lasting impact in the Medical Device Industry.
Job Summary: Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems to create subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fits, aligns, calibrates, and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements.
- Repairs units or products that have failed to meet requirements.
- Works in a collaborative and professional environment with other top talents.
- Has a 40-hour workweek, with a shift from 5:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Basic technical knowledge required.
- Must be able to follow detailed rules and instructions.
