ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the development and implementation of program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance standards. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the program, including technical, financial, and administrative tasks. Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure that all program objectives are met and that the program remains on schedule and within budget. Act as the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders Monitor and report on program progress and identify and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with all government regulations and contract requirements. Maintain a strong understanding of the latest innovation technologies and trends and identify opportunities for program growth and improvement.


NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience, Education, Skills and Abilities:

Secret clearance required. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on government contracts and innovation technologies Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically. Experience with project management software and tools Knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements

Essential functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for frequently bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with the opportunity to move about. Near visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone; manual dexterity to operate a telephone and keyboard; lift horizontally and vertically.

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
