Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge in O365 administration
- An expert knowledge in windows desktop and server operating systems
- Experience and strong technical knowledge in networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Previously working at a Managed Service provider
- Experience as a technical manager
- Manage 10+ support desk engineers
- Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any escalations
