Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports To: Manager of Marketing and Loyalty FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

Type of Position: Full Time Effective Date: 11/18/2024

Job Summary: A Customer Service Representative works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.

Customer Service Representative

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

• Communicate with customers through various channels including phone calls.

• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

• Know our brand so that you can answer questions.

• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Human Resources

• Regular attendance, punctuality, physical on-site attendance (if applicable), adherence to the Company’s established policies and the team member handbook.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

• Excellent Communication skills

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

• Very comfortable speaking on the phone and using computers.

• Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

• Experience working with customer support.

Working environment and physical requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Travel: No Travel Required.
