Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by canvassing and networking to identify potential business clients and understanding their needs.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective business clients, highlighting the benefits of Culligan Water solutions.


Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and Culligan Water.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market conditions, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to team and company success.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.


Culligan Water has compensation plans to fit your experience level in sales. if you are new to B2B sales or are an experienced B2B sales representative, we offer a salary plus commission plan. The commissions earned are not capped, and there is a high potential. Our top earner is currently making $250k+ a year.


Requirement

Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales..

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clientele.

Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties involved.

Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Travel: Willingness to travel to meet clients and explore new business opportunities in and around the Irving, Texas area.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of water treatment processes and products is an advantage.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Proficient with CRM Software: Experience using CRM software to manage leads, track sales, and maintain client relationships.
