An AI startup based in San Francisco focusedon AI Assistants is seeking a Customer Engineer withexperience in DevOps or a background as a Software Engineer workingwith DevOps practices. This is an excellentopportunity for a skilled engineer to work closely with customerswhile contributing to the technical foundation of a cuttingedge AIcompany in a fastpaced and innovative environment.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Customer Engineer /Solutions Engineer / Deployed Engineer at an enterprisefacingsoftware company OR have 2 years of experience in DevOps / SoftwareEngineering and are interested in shifting to a more customerfacingrole.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes cloudtechnologies (AWS GCP Azure) and onprem/clouddeployments
- Previously owned the deploymentpipeline for a cloudhosted managed product or helped a customer todeploy product
- Excellent communication this isa customerfacing role so there is a need to be comfortable meetingand assisting customers daily
- Flexible approachto working hours as a start this could reach 60 hours perweek
- Experience working with a startup in thiscapacity before would begreat
- Must be currently orrecently working in a technical handsoncapacity.
- The role might suitsomeone looking to move from a technical position into acustomerfacing role.
- Handson coding abilitywould be preferred also (ideally with Python TypescriptReact)
