We found strong Product Market Fit in 2020 and raised an $18m Series A in Dec 2021. We have since more than 6x'd revenue. We are looking to add a brilliant, entrepreneurial Customer & Partner Engineer to the team
Our Gen AI journey:
Founded in 2017, we shipped multiple NLP/ML product iterations pre-chatGPT. In 2023 we rebuilt our core AI platform using GenAI.
We're not your average Gen AI startup, gradually layering LLMs on. We're all in. We have more than 15 unique LLM use-cases in production with 10+ LLMs under the hood. We have shipped multiple first-of-its-kind customer experiences including video workflow analysis, natural language analytics, complex table parsing, and table-matching. To date, we have processed 600,000+ documents through our GenAI platform.

In this role, you will:
- Facilitate the successful onboarding of partners, ensuring they understand and can effectively use Klarity's platform
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs
- Collaborate with customers to advise on best practices and develop solutions for effective Klarity adoption
- Assist customers and partners with technical issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure seamless implementation and usage
- Create and deliver training materials and sessions to educate customers and partners on product features and updates
- Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development
- Proven experience building and nurturing relationships in a customer-facing role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in implementing B2B SaaS products or platforms for enterprise clients
- Proficiency in coding/scripting in Python and developing SQL queries
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
