Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our team at Boss Exteriors Inc.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and production strategies to increase revenue and drive growth for the company.
As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business leads, and promoting our brand through various marketing initiatives.
This is a full-time position based in our Canby, Oregon location.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with commission opportunities ranging from $90,000 to $180,000 annually
- Paid semi-monthly

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective production strategies to increase revenue and drive growth for Boss Exteriors Inc.
- Develop and implement effective production processes to ensure project completion on schedule and under budget
- Recruiting and hiring new staff
- Collaborate with sales, admin and marketing departments for interdepartmental synthesis
- Training and enforcing for best practices in our CRM and other tech platforms and communication.
- Attend and participate in management meetings
- Enforce standards across all production requirements.
- Learn and utilize Job Progress software.
- Create long- and short-term plans, set targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Maintain positive attitude while establishing effective professional relationships
- Forecast deficiencies and unrealistic expectations while identifying solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the construction or home improvement industry
- Extensive production strategies and techniques knowledge
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Experience managing a team
- Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Critical thinker, problem solver and self starter
- Team player with a focused attention to detail
