Job Title: Construction Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Production Manager to join our team at Boss Exteriors Inc. in Canby, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective production strategies to increase revenue and drive growth for the company.
  • Develop and implement effective production processes to ensure project completion on schedule and under budget.
  • Recruit and hire new staff.
  • Collaborate with sales, admin, and marketing departments for interdepartmental synthesis.
  • Train and enforce best practices in our CRM and other tech platforms and communication.
  • Attend and participate in management meetings.
  • Enforce standards across all production requirements.
  • Learn and utilize Job Progress software.
  • Create long- and short-term plans, set targets for milestones, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while establishing effective professional relationships.
  • Forecast deficiencies and unrealistic expectations while identifying solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction or home improvement industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of production strategies and techniques.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Critical thinker, problem solver, and self-starter.
  • Team player with a focused attention to detail.
