We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Deal Manager to join our Commercial Operations team at Visa. As a key member of our Value-Added Services (VAS) organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving deal velocity across our Latin America region.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Sales Support: Provide primary coverage for commercial sales opportunities with financial institutions, issuers, acquirers, payment facilitators, merchants, and other partners across Latin America.
- Deal Governance: Lead and manage the deal governance process with senior stakeholders, responsible for reviewing and approving deals.
- Deal Structuring: Optimize business and customer outcomes through creative deal structuring and leveraging best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner with regional sales teams, internal business stakeholders, and external partners to build and execute winning deal constructs.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for deal governance, field engagement methodologies, and sales outcomes.
- 10+ years of experience in a P&L support function, preferably in a global, multi-channel sales environment with 1B+ in revenue.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial models, pricing, and contract management.
- Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive tactical execution and influence senior stakeholders.
- Results-oriented and able to handle multiple urgent tasks, with a focus on execution against client needs.
- Proficient skills in CRM, MSFT Excel, MSFT PowerPoint, Conga CPQ, and Tableau.
- 12+ years of experience in a P&L support function, preferably in a global, multi-channel sales environment with 1B+ in revenue.
- Experience in leading cross-functional program initiatives and facilitating collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Product, Technology, and Customer Service organizations.
- Strong desire to win as a team, with a pride of outcome mentality.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 50% or more of the time to be spent in the office. The position will require travel 5-10% of the time.
