Required skills include AWS and ETL experience, preferably Databricks but open to other tools such as Informatica. They would also like someone who has Project Management or Coordination type experience who can work with a team of contract offshore/onshore developers, coordinate development efforts and report back to internal stakeholders on the project. Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years with AWS and ETL. Python is not required and would be nice to have, as well as Terraform which is helpful for migrating packages within AWS.

This position is M-W onsite and Th-Fri remote. This role is 65% management of developers and driving the solution and 35% coding/ETL/hands on. The team of developers is 10 resources working onshore and offshore.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

•In this critical role you will be responsible for ensuring our pricing data solutions are developed and deployed effectively.

•Leading new projects and initiatives, from initial interaction with clients during the requirements discovery phase through implementation and deployment of the completed project

•Leading the technical direction for areas of responsibility by driving decisions and leading our technology delivery teams

•Operational excellence and continuous improvement for responsible processes/systems

•Leading and driving technical support teams toward project milestones and accurate delivery. Ability to manage and work through technical solutioning including identifying key requirements, technical limitations, and blockers to project delivery.

•Responsible for identifying technical gaps and potential solutions with technical support teams in order to drive business value.

•Responsible for architecting backend solutions to support pricing and discounting processes

•Eager to explore and identify new technologies, processes, and architectures to build a foundation for transformation.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
