Job Duties

  • Connecting marketing-related and information back to our members and stores, ensuring a seamless flow of information and resources.
  • Primary point of contact for member-facing marketing communication, execution of marketing initiatives and tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to meet the needs of our members and stores.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including print and digital assets.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely execution and optimization for maximum impact.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external marketing partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with our brand and objectives.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the Manager in organizing marketing events, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of marketing training materials and resources for our members and store staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years in a marketing coordinator role with a large amount of customers
  • Retail experience is desired
  • Familiarity with marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and creativity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, fostering positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
