In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to: Draft and refine project qualifications, resumes, and bios; coordinate with the team for details; prepare review drafts and final layouts; facilitate information flow; and select appropriate imagery. Fill in content, obtain necessary signatures, and ensure compliance in proposal/SOQ forms. Distribute RFIs, manage responses, and provide necessary follow-up. Collaborate with designers for early-stage proposal visuals like organizational charts and workflows. Provide editorial support to ensure content quality, this includes proofreading and editing. Organize meeting logistics, including invitations, space, catering, and provide meeting support. Coordinate photography and draft web and social media campaigns for pursuit-related activities. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications Preference given to local candidates. Required Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
